In 2004, a handful of riders rode their bikes for Sick Kids. Since then it became an annual ride and now, 11 years later, this unique Tour has raised over $6.3 million for notable charities such as Sick Kids Hospital, Trillium Health Centre, William Osler Health Centre, Markham/Stouffville Hospital, the Mattamy National Cycling Centre and Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. This year, the Tour will once again support the Prostate Centre at Sunnybrook.
There is no other weekend quite like the Tour de Bleu. You will enjoy the tranquility of Ferndale, a private retreat in Muskoka. You will meet and ride with celebrity cyclists with police escorts. Fine dining is assured with the culinary artistry of Chef Michael Dixon and exclusive wines from Peter Gilganís private cellar will be part of this fun weekend. If you are interested in riding and would like to know more of what you can expect over the weekend, please refer to the Program page.
The 2015 Tour de Bleu will take place from Friday, August 7 to Sunday, August 9.
Entry is a minimum of $10,000 in pledges due by Monday, July 27.
It will be a weekend to remember and cherish. Thank you for being a part of it.
