In August 2006, we opened our very first Mattamy community in  Ottawa.

We started with the belief that our company would grow and succeed with local talent. The people who run this division live in Ottawa. The design, construction, decor and customer service teams are from Ottawa. The many trades who help build our homes are all from Ottawa. We are proud of this achievement.

 

 

Fairwinds in  Kanata features 6 Model Homes which help demonstrate the range of exterior and interior choices available in our homes.

 

 

And our newest community is Mattamy on Half Moon Bay in Barrhaven. The centrepiece of this community is a natural bay on the Jock River. This  is a master-planned community featuring a full range of WideLot© homes and multiple park spaces and a full series of walking/biking trails throughout the community. When it is fully completed, it will be home to more than 5,000 families.

 

It is a privilege to have a completely separate division where decisions are all made locally and where our community and home features have been so well received.
