When complete, Hawthorne Village in Milton will be one of the largest master-planned communities built by Mattamy Homes. Over 8,000 families will call Hawthorne Village home by the time it's completed.

The home designs of Hawthorne Village retain many of the original features of our first WideLot™ homes in The Orchard, but over time, many enhancements have been added. New exterior materials have been introduced to give a greater range of designs. On the insides, many modifications have been made to interior features to make the plans more functional.

Hawthorne Village is home to a wide variety of homeowners, from young, first-time buyers who fell in love with both the designs and affordability of our townhomes, all the way up to established homeowners moving up for the third or fourth time.

There are many different neighbourhoods within Hawthorne Village. Recently, we've even added our very first community Commercial Centre which was designed to integrate with the architectural designs of the surrounding homes.

Throughout the community there are many parkettes and other community features which make this one of our most popular new home communities.
