Mattamy on the Boyne

Mattamy on the Boyne is one of our newest communities, located in the idyllic setting of Alliston, a small town with many charming features approximately 30 minutes north of Toronto. Similar to Fairwinds in Kanata, many of the homes back onto the Boyne River which meanders through the surrounding countryside.

The very first thing we do when planning a new community is look at the opportunities presented by the natural landscape. We try to define how much of the natural setting can be utilized in the plan. The natural setting of Mattamy on the Boyne was particularly stunning so we devoted a great deal of time to situating homes harmoniously with the forested areas and natural greenspaces. Many homes in this community overlook forested areas and parklands.

At Mattamy on the Boyne, we offer a full range of floor plans and elevations for single-detached homes on lot sizes ranging from 34' to 50'. Our sales centre is located just off Hwy. 400, south of Hwy. 89 in the Cookstown Outlet Mall.
