… what you can expect? There is a well-developed process in place when you purchase a Mattamy home which begins with the receipt of your customized Homeowner Manual upon signing the offer. The Homeowner Manual allows you to keep a handy record of your new home from start to finish. You will find a wealth of technical information in your Homeowner manual including:

How the mechanical, electrical and plumbing infrastructures function
How to turn on your furnace as well as furnace maintenance tips
How to monitor and maintain additional features such as the carbon monoxide monitor.

Because we are committed to keeping our homeowners up to date on the progress of their new homes, we invite homeowners to attend what we call Mattamy University. Mattamy U is a great place for all of our new homeowners to meet with the people who will be managing the building process. It is an opportunity to ask questions, find out what the construction process involves and get to know those who will be your main contacts once the building process begins. It also gives you the chance to meet and chat with your neighbours.
