Our Fairwinds community in Kanata is now open, offering new houses for sale in Ottawa, Canada! It is a beautiful community with a variety of lots, many backing onto Poole Creek, a quiet stream that meanders through most of the community. At its southern-most end, Poole Creek opens up to a forested, natural area. These natural features will be preserved within the community and will be accessible to Fairwinds residents via the walking trails. The paths and walkways of this beautiful community will eventually tie into a much more elaborate system of trails that will lead all the way up to the Carp River.

At completion, our Fairwinds community will be home to over 1500 families. It will boast many new innovations that will make it a truly special and unique place to live.
