Mark and Nicole Mainella and their 7 month old son Nicholas will live close to Richard and Daiana at Wild Flower Village, as well as Mark's mother. "She suggested we look there," Nicole says. "We live in a Mattamy semi at Bayview Hills, and we've been wanting something larger. Mark's mom was looking for a home, too, and raved about the community. Mark's sister lives close to Wild Flower Village, so we all know and love the area." Mark & Nicole Mainella

"Living in Hawthorne Village is like being a kid again," says James Meecham. "Milton is like Streetsville was when I grew up there, with farmland, trees and the beautiful outdoors."
In January, he and his wife Jeanette moved into their Wyndham corner home, and they're delighted with the community. "We wanted to get back to a place with a small town feel," says Jeanette. "There are a lot of young families in the community, so when we have children, this will be a great place to raise our kids."
The couple is also thrilled with their choice of home. According to James, an Air Canada Jazz pilot who enjoys his quick commute to the Pearson International Airport, "This is an amazing house. We love the 14' ceiling in the front room. I'm a woodworker, too, and I look forward to adding some of my own touches to the interior, like a 14' high L-shaped bookshelf in the front room, which will be our library."
Jeanette, who also has an easy commute to Mississauga, says, "The Wyndham is a striking home, with the front porch and pitched gables adding a lot of visual appeal." James' parents have lived in a Mattamy home since 1980, so purchasing from Mattamy felt comfortable to him. "We're extremely satisfied," he says. "Everyone in the Sales Office and Design Centre has been so helpful. And, we were impressed with the high level of standard features Mattamy offers."
