New Urbanism… an old fashioned idea
There was a time when time stood still. When everyone in the neighbourhood said "hello".  Where kids, not cars ruled the streets with pickup road hockey games, stickball and hopscotch or Double Dutch and bicycles with playing cards clothes pegged to the spokes of the rear wheel to make them sound motorized.
