We're glad to be opening in Airdrie and look forward to presenting our new communities to you.

We build our new homes to reflect the needs of the people who will live in them. We keep the interior spaces open and inviting and take care of the many little things that help make a house a home.

Mattamy communities are a bit different from most. First of all, we plan the community around people so parks, walking/biking trails, playgrounds and gathering spaces are built right into the community.

We also provide lots of architectural variety and include neighbourly features such as welcoming front porches. The idea within the community is to provide an atmosphere where neighbours become friends.
