Mattamy Homes is a fully integrated homebuilder and developer. We design every single home and we also plan, design and construct everything in the community. This allows us to plan a community around people’s needs not the needs of a builder. Our communities have a very distinctive, friendly and inviting feel. We plan parks, parkettes and playgrounds throughout the community. We offer walking/biking trails right in the community.
Streets in a WideLot™ community are gently curved and they have fewer homes per street so there is generally less traffic. Our streets are safer for people to enjoy an evening stroll to say hello to neighbours.
We are the sole builder in the community, which means we can view each community as a whole rather than as a piecemeal parcel with little connection to the rest of the community. This creates pride-of-place for residents and their families.We also sell, build and close our homes one street at a time so there is less construction traffic and each street is finished quickly before we move to another.
